Can’t buy credits?

I bought credits 1 night and the next day everything is locked and it says that my money was refunded and now I’m 2k in the negative. How do I fix this?

Not sure exactly what you purchased, but it sounds like you got a refund not through Kabam & they're collecting whatever that was. Only was to clear that is to purchase whatever you need to clear out that 2k negative credit
