Unable to play shatter mode in doom cycle

Shatter mode is not getting selected in doom cycle.
Please check the screenshot attached. I tried restarting the game many times still it persists.

Can you record a video of that? Because these screenshots don't tell that story.

This is my current issue as well. I can't select shatter mode, if I do it still sends me to story mode
