Token selector for nightmare raid bugs

So the members of our bg put in tickets seeing as how we lost out on one of the selector tokens due to the nightmare raids bugs and not being able to finish the second week. So kabaam responded to one of our members and gave them the selector but responded to the rest of our members and refused to give the rest of our bg compensation. Not sure how that works Maybe because he worded it different? If they would of said no to everybody then ok I get it but I’m not sure how this works.

    Why weren’t you able to finish?
    The compensation revives were enough to replace any you could have lost due to the bugs

    Apparently not for us it wasn’t. I’m more just wondering why are they giving certain members of our BG the selector token but then telling other members they can’t?
