Black Screen after completing wave of Dimensional Arcade Shatter Mode - lost token

Had a black screen today after completing second wave of Shatter mode. Waited several minutes no change. Could still hear the music in the background with the Arcade mode window open, but screen remained black. Tried the refresh in the upper left corner of the screen and that restarted the mode and went back to home screen, but consumed the token. First time this has happened to me in this Arcade mode. Waste of time and token.

Are you sure you lost your token? Try going back in and see if it still takes another token from you.

Happened to me twice on different occasions. I submitted a ticket yesterday.

Black screen happened to me too but I never lost my token.

Had this happen to me afew times. Just get a black screen with music and the next wave never loads. Hitting the refresh would just end the current run.

Make sure to check the token cost for your next run. This happened to me a couple times and both times the next run was free

I got a black screen at 1/8, then it came back in at end of 3/8 a minute later.

there are lots of posts regarding this.

just quit the game and go back in. you'll see the token used has not been deducted.

I lost my 1 ticket I don't know if I'll achieve the last milestone to get titan shards. F##### annoying as hell kabam

Same thing happened to me twice. Lost the token both times, lost the shatter run completions, and the mastery points I would have gained... Now won't get the titan shards
