So, Clash and Recruitment Events are ending at the same time, but how will Ranked Rewards from Clash be added to Recruitment Milestones once the timer runs out?

If I'm understanding your question correctly, the answer is: check the "Completed" tab in the events list when they're over. You'll get your Recruitment milestone rewards there... Or just check the rewards tab of your stash.

Sorry, I'm not native, so text can be a bit odd. I'm concerned because recruitment event will end before we get ranked rewards for clash event. I'm not recalling any events that added points and gave milestone rewards after the end of event

No no, you're fine, I just didn't know what you meant.

Don't worry about it - the points will apply as soon as the events end and scores are calculated. Like I said, the rewards will show up in the "Completed" tab of the event list (or in the "Rewards" tab of your stash.)
