Tier 1 visual bug or technical bug?

My alliance had been shown a tier 1 multiplier(8.5x) for the final war of this season at (3583) upon finishing the war we received a tier 2(7x) multiplier. While this doesn't seem consequential, the tier 1 win would have put us into plat 2. I contacted kabam but didn't get much of an answer tbh.
Below I've attached our total score with the tier 1 multiplier while in the last war. Along with the war summary 12 hours later showing tier 2. Ended the season rank 18 plat 3.
Im curious if anyone has encountered this before and knows anything.
