Null Break in Raids

Solo raids are allowing me to test some hacks I've never tested before, and that includes null break. It says at max stacks it refreshes all armor breaks just like how all the other hacks refresh their effects. However, in action, its not doing that. It seems to refresh only half the duration instead of the full duration. This makes it a lot harder to keep up those armor breaks. My question is, has it always been like this? Or is this just bugged?

    Likely buged,Raid is something they have a very hard time working on and still has issues like Role charges not being gained sometimes
