Crystals Dissapearing

in Bugs and Known Issues
A 10 hour timer appeared on a few of my crystals, including 4 premium from quests and a couple of the a singular featured crystal I purchased for a opening I am doing. And when the timer hit 0, all of them disappeared. Anyone having this?

    Hey @DasCalhoun. You should not be missing any crystals, but if you're still having concerns, please submit a ticket to Customer Support so that they can double check your account. You can submit a ticket in game by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!
