Are these shards of any use now as I missed one AQ raid so selector is not possible also should I redeem the 7* shards with them.
53 grant ftp so is 7* Mr fantastic possible ?
Also 2 shattered essence so 7* solvarch possible.

Can confirm all of this to be accurate. Will add that you need 12 tokens for Solvarch and non-competitive FTP is at 5 or 6 right now out of 8 (or 10?) available, you won't be getting the 7* without spending money.

Research grants from Valiant EQ doesn't come under those 110 grants.
