Laid back but responsible alliance with openings

Looking to replace a couple less active players. We run all 3 BGs in AQ and AW. Gold1 tier 4/5 no stress just use loyalty revives. We want to move up!
Map655 with 1BG raid. Looking to move to 666 and 2 BG raids. We get 5000+ glory each week.
Low 10k battlegrounds requirement but we place 20-40% or higher.
Only in game communication with no forced strategy.
