BG focused alliance

We are a BG focused alliance (usually top 25, occasionally top 10).
Full Nightmare Raids.
Typically Plat 4 in war, but we were Plat 3 the last two seasons (Tier 2/3).
AQ is awful, so we do a sort of boss-rush through Map 8 to get some glory and radiance.

We have a few openings now that the war and BG seasons have ended.
