I haven’t received BG rewards yet

I haven’t received my BG season rewards yet, my account did have a name change so this might be a reason. Anyone else having this issue ?

This is most common issue people don't realize.Even on my alt one time I didn't received and immediately realised damn I didn't played any match after reaching gladiator circuit.
