Communicating with servers issue

My account is linked to a Kabam login, and as such I have to sign in. However it refuses to allow me past the point of this. It will sit on communicating with servers for copious amounts of time, and it only allows me in if I uninstall the app and reinstall it, with which it only allows me in until I have to eave the app again. How can this be resolved, as its happened 11 times now, with my longest wait being 25+ minutes and no login still.

I have got in once by getting to the communicating with servers screen then locked my phone for 30 min. Unlocked phone and had a reconnect prompt. When I clicked it it loaded my kabaam account up
