Best avenue for 2nd R3? (Crucible, Necro, Act 9 etc.)

OK so, I've got one r3 already and I've completed 8.3 and I was wondering what the best avenue is to get my 2nd or if I should just wait for the fragments to come organically (DSE, side quests).

Here is my roster:





Note: as you can see I have a fair amount of units and don't mind spending them however I am opposed to doing the Crucible.

I'd much appreciate to hear everyone's thoughts and tips on what I should do.

Definitely act 9, story content is usually the way to go.
