Orange gift icon not disappearing

Hi all, does anyone know what this icon is in the top right? I’ve tried logging out and logging back in but it won’t disappear. Thanks in advance.

Are you signed in with your Kabam ID? If not, that’s most likely why the icon is showing. When you sign in with a Kabam ID, they usually give you a crystal (pretty sure it’s a premium one) and once you claim it, the icon should disappear.
