Wiccan | Scorpion | Red Gaurdian | Black Widow (Clairvoyant) [awakened] who to power up next?

I have all 4 of these awakened in 6* rarity & have several 6* sig stones so can boost them to like 100-200 & I can take each of them to R4 so which one should I go for really confused like alot of people saying scorpion, some says wiccan has some hacks or something, widow gives alot of shock damage & is annoying def in bg & red gaurdian gave the highest damage with ease comment your thoughts if at all possible please share your reasoning as to why your pick is the best

scorp will be a while in the 7* pool. He is still useful so he would be my pick

Red guardian is one of two 6*s still in my battlegrounds deck. Everyone else is a rank 3 or 4 7*s. He’s just got that much damage. Scorpion is a good question champion, but red guardian is so much more useful. For reference, this is coming from someone who has a 6* r5a sig 200 red guardian and a 6* r4a sig 200 scorpion.
