About weekly super event

Hi summoners and kabam.
My concerns is straight and simple we are here with weekly super event. And rewards are fascinating. But as a paragon player. What my problem is that summoners are getting t6b and t3a and also t5cc. This are pretty high class rewards for summoner level...
And even if they are getting those rewards shouldn't we getting t7b on every milestone and....
No offense but can summoner stand on equal footing with paragon / thronebraker players and r4 6* is pretty high at the uncollected..
It's like for us it's r4 7*
