Request for Review – Permanent Suspension Appeal (Ticket #831341)

Hello Kabam Team and Community,

I recently received a permanent suspension for my account "LØRD-X" (Ticket #831341) due to an alleged violation of the Terms of Service.

I fully understand the need to maintain a fair gameplay environment and I respect the rules in place. However, I believe there may have been a misunderstanding or unintentional mistake from my side. This account holds years of effort and investment, and I truly value being part of the MCOC community.

I am requesting if my case could be reviewed once more, or if there is any possibility to be considered for a Second Chance Program or one-time leniency. I assure full compliance with all rules moving forward.

I get how it feels, and I understand how it became part of your daily routine. But honestly, nothing can be done now -they won’t reverse the decision unless, well… you somehow end up buying Kabam in the future.

You’ll probably feel this sadness for a week or two, but after that, it’ll ease up. Try to see the positive side - now you have time for other things or to explore new games.

Good luck for the future, and please, don’t keep this thread going or reply to others here ... it’ll just turn into people making fun of you. You won’t find sympathy here because players hate cheaters. Sorry, but that’s just how it is.

I haven’t come here for anyone’s sympathy or to get a soft corner from anyone. My ID has been banned, and that’s the only reason I want to get my message across to the right people who can actually help me get it unbanned. I only need help from those who can truly help. Why are others bringing my family into this? This is not a joke. If you can’t help, then please don’t say anything and don’t make fun of it, okay

A few things to note over here:

1) You are getting absolutely NO sympathy from anyone here on the forums!
2) Your account is not going to be unbanned.
3) No one is going to help a cheater get his/her account back.
