Inputs dropping again

The inputs being dropped seemed to get better until this last update. Now, I frequently cannot activate my relic or special attacks. I try to hit the button, having to drop my guard, but nothing happens and I get smacked in the face. This is the worst with bosses, but can occur in any fight.

Also, the first hit of my heavy is hitting but then the defender can suddenly launch an sp in the middle of MY heavy attack.

This is making the game very unenjoyable again.

has anyone else experienced this? It has happened quite often for me so I’m assuming others must have noticed the same thing. Or maybe it is just me…?
