Crucible objective bugg

I have completed the whole crucible from act 8 but these rewards are still not claimed. So to get that last objective of chapter 2 I have to go through all of chapter 1 on normal difficulty to claim it what is this nonsense can someone from kabam fix this. The 3 from chapter one are not the issue i can do 3 fights on normal difficulty to claim them.

You can choose which path/chapter you begin with on normal difficulty so why do you need to go through chapter 1? Can’t you just do the first fight on the chapter 2 path?
