Prof X vs Emma

Hii all
Looks like I have made a huge mistake in the Crucible I have accidentally selected prof X to play against emma on high energy diet without paying much attention to the nodes like an idiot and I am stuck not able to do any damage at all to emma if someone can help me with what to do I have submitted a request to kabam hopefully they help out I have invested a lot in the Crucible and I don't want to be stuck here
I tried the sp3 loop method but that also didn't work so please help me kabam

If you've already submitted a ticket to Kabam, then you've literally done everything you can (and should) do. Unfortunately a forum post will not improve your outcome.

Just be prepared for the good possibility of having to start from the beginning.
