Crucible bug

Please someone help and tag someone that can help me, support is not believing me. I tried using silk again Wong almost 3/4 of the way through and it kicked me out crucible quest and gave me this error screen and back to the main menu and wants me to restart. I tested it out, it’s anytime you try to use a champ that is in currently in AQ you get this error and kicked out. AW champs are not affected by this. Just wasted so many resources for a bug to kick me out. They trying to say I quit out on my own. It’s a bug on their end.
