Future Foundation Objectives not Counting

I’ve completed all future foundation event objectives available however, one objective did not count properly and am currently stuck at 13/14 objectives completed. Has anyone else run into this?

Yes me too. I am stuck at 15/16 but i know i did every objectiv. Don't know what happened.
