Crucible Bug? QUEST IS GONE?

loaded the game back after the error screen when store changed
And my crucible progression is gone and quest is like I haven’t started?

Had got to and just beat elektra in legendary difficulty and now the games showing no open quests like I’d never even started?..

Used numerous revives.. potions.. units..
and time…. All for it to just disappear?

NEED HELP this is not fair..
