Awakening Advice Please

I've been finishing up content before tackling the Act 8 Crucible and have pulled a bunch of new 7* champions in the process as well as a couple of awakening gems.

First off I have a Tech gem, am I better using it on Zola or Bastion, Shuri or Shocker, or save it for Sentinel or FAM in the possible future?


Then I have a Generic, it's that just saved for Nick Fury in the theoretical future, or one of this lot? I'm thinking Okoye, Spider Woman, or Dazzler?
