6 star relic issue Kabam please address this

I have been trying to save up tier 1 celestial alloy to 6 so I can finally take my first 6 star relic to rank 4. The inventory cap only allows 5 and won’t let me claim my 6th from the overflow to do the rank up. I originally thought it was an issue for everyone but someone else in my alliance was able to get their 6 star relic to rank 4 and has shown me screenshots. Please let me know if this is a bug or if it is intended because I’m sure they are not the only one who has been able to make the rank up without issue.

It's not a bug at the very least. Your alliance mate probably buys the sigil, which gives you increased inventory caps. As of right now, the only way to R4 a relic is by purchasing the sigil. Hopefully Kabam will correct that soon, but also, given the day and age we live in, they will probably just reserve R4 relics for the paying players.
