No Absorbing Man for Fintech Quest

I dont know how to complete the quest without having absorbing man

I dont have him at any rarity and Im not getting any luck in crystals. Ive opened about 200k incursion fragments worth of 3 star crystals and have had no luck. Is there anyway to get around that part of the quest so I can get the summoners fest points? I've just returned to the game after being gone since 2018 and recently got to Valiant but I'm missing a lot of champions.

I don't think there's any shortcut to obtaining Abs Man other than thru opening crystals
