dimensional arcade tokens

Hello everyone, I have joined back to the game after almost 3 years that I left it, and I`m trying to get all the rewards from the Dimensional Arcade mode.
But as I just joined back to the game 2 weeks ago, I won't be able to clear all the shatters required with my free tokens.
I'm attempting to buy the tokens I need to claim my titan Crystal, but in the shop, it says that I can only buy 10-Dimensional Arcade Tokens, but I'm missing 40. Could someone please help me confirm if the store after I buy those 10 tokens will refresh so I can buy more, or I won't be able to buy the 40 I need.

You can only buy tokens when you have less than three, and you can't buy more than 10 at a time. Just use up what you have and you'll be able to get more.

So the events almost over and I'm missing one token am I going to be able to get that last reward? Any idea when the coin purchases refresh or if we'll get more near the end of the event?
