Which tech is the best among 3?

Prowler, Jack and Bastion are all OP tech champs imho. Assuming all are duped version, which one would you prefer to rank up first?

My personal favorite of the three is Jack, but these are three champs that all kind of exist on the same level. They will fluctuate slightly depending on the match, but overall are champs that you can plug in a lot of places and have a good time. If you don't have the sigs to invest in Prowler, I'd leave him at the bottom. Otherwise, rank whoever you enjoy playing the most as the playstyle for each is quite different.
