Crucible bug on Emma frost keep killing her and she keeps respawning

Alliance member just posted me 2 videos of him beating Emma frost in crucible and she dies then when fight screen pressed to continue to next fight she is back with full health like he didn’t fight her this occurred twice and he isn’t very happy about it.
