Does Kabam Support Work?

I've been emailing kabam back and forth about recovering an account and at first it was going smooth with responses and tasks to complete to recover it, then all a sudden no responses or updates on how recovering my account is going, even another one of my tickets that i sent after got a response. Am I being ghosted as the problem can't be fixed or is long delays the norm?
