So far, if you were in an alliance that didn't have multiple people ready to go with over 3k units or $$ you missed one rebirth token. Thanks for letting everyone know about this ahead of time by the way kabam. Real pro player move.
When that happened, people thought okay let me jump alliances to one that's active so I can get this. But nope. Couldn't do that because you get blocked from receiving milestones already reached even though this event requires individual contribution milestones to even get the rewards in the first place so piggybacking is impossible.
Then players were rightfully upset and begged kabam to let us earn the token in a different way since the situation was genuinely unfair.
Then kabam saw that and said: " you know what theyre right. Let's throw them a bone" then made extra tokens available for either $50 or 6500 units.
