I just want to know what is going to happen to those of us that were not able to access the Doom Cycle event. When i say no access, the event would not load, the screen would just sit on 0% or before the update that did nothing to fix it it would show an "Unauthorized" screen.
I have been in contact with support, they don't care really. I asked if i would be getting the rewards from the event since i could not access it and this was the response.

I understand that you experienced an issue that caused you to lose progress in the Dimensional Arcade Doom Cycle.
As it currently functions, the Dimensional Arcade Doom Cycle's progress is saved each time the Save & Next button is pressed. If the Doom Cycle window closes (whether by closing the window using the X icon or via a crash, connection issue, or game error), progress will revert to the most recent instance where the Save & Next button was pressed.
We understand that issues like this may result in the loss of hard-earned progress, and we have communicated this feedback to the Game Team. We hope to implement measures to improve game stability and improve future iterations of these game modes.
As of now, the Dimensional Arcade Doom Cycle has already ended. With that in mind, if you have any suggestions in mind, please share them with us by replying to this email, and we will forward them to our Game Team for future reference.

I did not mention that i had any of the issues the support person mentioned, i basically said i could not access the event for the whole month.
I did contact support at the start of the event and a week later about not been able to access the event they just told me this.
Though we will be unable to provide updates for this investigation in this ticket, you can look to our forums, our blog, our Community Bugs and Issues Tracker, and your in-game mail for possible announcements regarding a confirmed or fixed issue.
Also funny how the support team can reply to the support ticket with this but not address the issue.
