Google play to kabam id

My friend want to transfer his gplay id to kabam id , can anyone help with detailed instructions how to do it. His account is almost 7 years old

Just sign up for a Kabam ID while the account is still connected to his Google Play. Once done, the same account will be linked to both Google Play and Kabam ID. Just make sure he’s logged into the Google Play account first before creating the Kabam ID.

He tried but it started a new account in kabam id

Same thing happened to me. I would go to create a new kabam account but it would just start a new account. This happens because the Google Play account is already linked to another Kabam account.

You have to email kabam support and ask them to link the Google Play account to whatever email you want to use as the kabam login.
