Missing Rebirth 7hr Crystal

This crystal is missing from my crystal menu. The homepage crystal shortcut icon has also been stuck on a timer of 2:51 for a few hours now - see attached.

So I am now basically unable to see when the next crystal becomes available, meaning that I’m likely to claim it late. This was working fine up until today. I have restarted the game numerous times and the crystal shortcut timer is still stuck on 2:51 and the crystal is still not showing up in the crystal menu.

Is this an isolated issue or are others experiencing the same, is it a wider problem?
