Narrowed it down a little bit

I recently got slew of 6* shards and a bunch of really good champs with it. In what order should I focus on these guys?

What content area you focusing on right now?

Given this roster I'm going to guess act 5 or 6 For story content? If so you want to rank up boss counter mostly. Check out some youtube guides and look at who counters the different bosses coming up. This becomes increasingly important for act 6.2-6.4 as there are some tricky bosses like Medusa, sinister, etc. All need counters to their nodes. Focusing on that will clear the content quicker and easier, and then you progress and can enjoy the story mode a lot more. I found once you get into act 7 it gets more fun, you get better rewards as you hit paragon, and then I to valiant.
