Rebirth double up

The rebirth double up offer never popped up for me. I was debating getting it so I could pop some now and also hoard some for a big opening. Now after reading all these forums in thinking maybe I don’t get it.

Has anyone else had this issue?

Kabam support told me to uninstall the game then reinstall and see if it shows up.

Now I can’t get into the game seeing a pop up from last update unable to make a selection or bypass it…

Update, the offer ended on the 22nd. I got an in game mail promoting it on the 23rd. First few people from support didn’t know it ended. The log in issue was my phone logging me into an alt account that was a super low level with the selector screen not showing me which account I was in.

End result, glad I didn’t spend money after all that. I think I’m going back to free to play
