gifting event blackout

i changed my alliance but i still cannot collect my gifting event reward after adding the minimum points.
previous alliance i got first 3 reward so in new alliance i sud get my 4th rewards but it
says: you cannot claim this milestone because you did not contribute towards it or because you didn't join your alliance in tme

can any mods help me in that.
