game wont load
hello I've had this game for a few years and i took a break quite a while back and after reinstalling it it wont let me load. its like when i start the game it just stays on the loading screen and it doesn't seem to do anything but just no stop load i even decided to start a new account and it worked when i first created it and i bought 2 bundles to help me get back to where i was before however i had to close the game for a bit and when i went to go back on the same issue happens and it hasn't stopped I've just been sat on the loading screen for the past hour and it doesn't seem to actually want to load
if anyone from the company can help i would appreciate it i have restarted my phone twice and deleted and reinstalled the game twice and I've tried to clear the data and it will do the same when i try to come back on
