Mutant Rank Up for Scytalis?

I’m in Act 8.1 and I’m thinking about ranking up either my duped Bishop or unduped Cyclops for the Scytalis fight (and general use). I got the mutant catalysts for one R2. Eventually, both will go up.

Other options for my next rankup include R1 Warlock, R1 Prowler and R1 Jugger all of which are unduped. Or I could wait until I can R3 Bastion.

I got 6* AA, Mags, Kate and CGR on R6.
