How come I didn’t get the modok email

I was on my grandpas mcoc game and he got the modok email but I haven’t gotten my modok email yet?Please give me any information please!

I think it should take a little more time but if it still has not then you will not be the only one lets see what kabam says if you guys still have not recieved any of them.
