The team is aware of reports detailing problems such as disconnects, long periods of lag, autodrafts, and forfeited matches despite stable network conditions - and we want to assure you that we are actively investigating these issues. Our developers are working diligently to identify and resolve the root causes affecting these game modes. We know how important competitive integrity in Alliance War and Battlegrounds are to your gameplay experience, and we’re committed to restoring smooth and reliable performance as quickly as possible.
As a token of our appreciation for your patience and understanding, we're preparing a compensation package for all Summoners.
