Title: Issue Claiming Twitch Drops – Second Time

Hello, this is the second time I’ve had problems claiming the Twitch drops for Marvel Contest of Champions. My Twitch account is linked to my Kabam account, yet I didn’t receive the rewards.

Last month, support told me that my Twitch account was linked to an old Kabam account. However, on the same day, I updated the settings and linked it to the current account that I actively use today.

It doesn’t feel fair to spend about an hour of my time watching the streams only to end up not being rewarded. Honestly, I feel scammed, and it makes watching the streams less valuable since there seems to be no proper solution for frequent players facing these issues.

I really hope this can be resolved properly, and not just answered with “nothing can be done.”

Yeah, it seemed to have a lot of trouble registering viewing - I was on there the whole time but it registered only a fraction of that time. It's a bummer, especially with the fest points tied to it.

For me works fine and can claim all rewards

I replayed the Stream and was able to claim it. But members of my Alliance cannot see a notification advising of the reward claim process
