Guardians Crystal Expiry

So, the event quest ends in a day and some change here. I am interested in knowing if the Guardians Crystals I've accumulated will remain after this happens. Given that there isn't a timer on them, I'm inclined to assume they will indeed remain, but I want to play it safe. Help a brother out.

    Don't think the crystals will "expire" (disappear) but I'm curious if they will still be a GotG crystal. Let's say I keep a GotG crystal unopened for 1 year. Will it still be a GotG crystal? What about featured crystals? Do they convert into a normal PHC after a certain period of time (like after the champ has been released into the PHC)? How long is the crystal odds data kept on the server?

    They don't expire ... but also won't have access to the login crystal either...until they are opened...
