Medium Inputs

Anyone having trouble with it?. I experienced in raids and monthly quests as well, even in a crucible. Like for example I used SIM in Valiant and to trigger buffs on him, you gotta use medium attacks. So I parried the AI and swiped right yet nothing happened, I thought it was my fault at first but again parried and swiped right where SIM just basically stood there.

Another example was Shang-Chi against She-Hulk in Crucible where again I couldn't trigger medium to apply slow bc he was basically standing still. Raids as well where we need to do medium prompts to gain charges. Not sure if it's my phone or not but it is really frustrating and annoying.
