Problems with promo codes

Anyone else having trouble claiming promo codes on the summoners market? Since approximately June my account has had this problem, saying that the codes do not exist, that I should enter a valid code. @Kabam Miike I request support to review my account since I cannot claim codes since June and there are also problems with receiving runes.

I am also having trouble redeeming these codes. I've checked my login info with my kabam account info both the same. I've copied the various codes and typed them out as well. Like above the codes aren't being accepted. I am able to redeem the various free daily crystals via Summoner's Market webpage. What suggestions aside from reaching out to help desk can anyone offer?

So the codes expire after 2 weeks always? Is there any available code rn?
