Prestige tier bug

When I went to EQ to see what reward tier I would land in my prestige of 25,795 put me in tier 4 but it said that tier 5 would need prestige of 25,870. I put some sig stones into a couple champs and raised my prestige to exactly that level but when I went back to the reward screen it had me in tier 4 again and said that tier 5 would now require 27,060. Unfortunately I didn’t screenshot anything but did this happen to anyone else?
