Comp for bans

Hey all, anyone from Kabam, or anyone else know when we can expect our comp to come through? I'm waiting to open my rebirth crystals until I have the extra ones Kabam promised...

Also, anyone know if they'll be giving us 4 crystals to cover those of us that had double up? Can't find info on that...
