Relic Reborn rewards - Dupes not giving shards

Has anyone else opened the relics they received as rewards? I didn't see any shards from the 5* and 6* statcast relics that I duped.

Every new month update, comes along all sort of bugs n lags.
i think last 2 months have been a downhill

Happened to me too. 6 dupes no shards no iso

Same, i didn't receive any shard and level upgrade

15 dupes no shards.
