Promo codes not working site not working

Been trying the promo codes since 2 o'clock est. And the site just keeps loading the one time it finally went through it said the code not working. Am I not going to get my stuff that's really messed up.. been doing it over and over for the past hour and 13 mins

not working for me… works for some in my ally but stated above… cant sit here for hours trying over and over for it to work.
